Border Collie Club of Ireland Working Trial 28th & 29th October 2017 I would like to thank BCCI for asking me to step in and take over Steve's appointment while he recovers from bypass surgery. To all the competitors who worked my test thank you. A special thanks to all my helpers, in UD I had Jeff Poole and Bairbre Starkey laying tracks and Ed Dunne was my square steward. Everything was done exactly how I wanted and you were all good company. Jeff also stewarded my control round he was very clear with his instructions and put all competitors at ease. In WD, Caroline Woods was my track layer and Frieda Baragwanath was my square steward again everything was done exactly how I wanted with plenty of laughs throughout the day. Tracy Robertson was my control /scribe steward. The trial would not have gone ahead without the support of our farmer Nick Weir, huge thanks to him. To Judith Owens-Poole for the cakes and all the paperwork and Steve Fearon for manning the base and organising the food thank you both.
