My sister has given a home to a young male Collie, she is at least the third person from the time he was a puppy to be involved with him
Sadly the vet recognised his behavior is a consequence of human abuse and that he is in constant alert mode and needs some serious therapy time love and training at this point of his life.... My sister is a single mother to three children and the Collie has started to jump up on everyone and nipped her son on the neck and now she's worrying. Is there any advice you can give us regarding any charities that take on unruly Collies.... She doesn't just want to get rid of him but she wants to make sure he goes to the right people.
