AGILITY SHOW 2016 Grade 6-7 Course Plans from Nils Lindqvist. Course Times: for those Judges who might be interested....for Gr 6-7 JUMPING, the courses were both 160 metres long. Nils set a Course Time of 40 seconds, which translates to 4 metres per second. For AGILITY 6-7, the courses were both 172 metres long. Nils set a Course Time of 46 seconds, which translates to 3.75 metres per second. All heights had the same time course time.
